I think almost everyone hits imposter syndrome at some point. Most just never say it out loud. An opportunity shows up that feels bigger than you. A promotion. A leadership role. A new venture. A major project. A seat at a table you never pictured yourself at. And the first thought is always the same. Am I really ready for this?
