A seat here is never sold. Which is exactly why it needs backing.

SPONSORSHIP & PARTNERSHIP

We don't charge our members, and we intend to keep it that way. The dinners, the mentorship, the door held open to the right women regardless of what they can pay: all of it stays alive because a small number of partners believe this room should exist. In return, the circle shows up for the partners who make it possible. In front of your teams, beside your rising women, and in your boardroom when it counts. Here's how it works, and what it doesn't mean.

WHY THERE ARE NO MEMBERSHIP FEES

The moment a seat has a price, it changes who's in the room.

Membership fees would quietly shape the room around who can afford to join, rather than who belongs. They would turn community into a transaction and membership into something purchased. That is not what we are building.

So the circle is free to its members and will remain that way, because a small number of thoughtful organizations choose to support it. Your partnership helps preserve the character of the room and makes this community possible.

When thoughtfully aligned, the partnership also creates meaningful opportunities for their own people to participate, contribute, and grow.

What your support makes possible

The Long Game

The next generation

Bringing early-career women into the room to be mentored and to keep the rest of us current. The part that's pure legacy.

ONGOING

The Table

The dinners & gatherings

The small, honest dinners and working sessions that are the heart of this. Hosted properly and never put behind a paywall.

TWO-WAY

The Open Door

A seat regardless of means

So the only thing that ever decides a place at this table is substance, never whether she can cover a fee.

ALWAYS

What the circle brings to your organization

Your rising women, mentored by ours

Meaningful development opportunities for high-potential women

Speakers who’ve actually done it

Thoughtful access to experienced voices for selected internal conversations, such as speaking, panel, and roundtable

A private room for your leaders

Private leadership discussions designed around real organizational questions

The employer-of-choice signal

Visible association with a community governed by substance and contribution

Partners underwrite the integrity of the room. They do not purchase the people in it.

  • Member contact information

  • Influence over who receives an invitation

  • Unrestricted access to private gatherings

  • A sales audience

  • Ownership of the conversation

  • Permission to use members’ names or images without consent

What partnership never buys:

The best partnerships aren't one-directional. When there's a genuine fit, the experience around this table has a way of showing up inside yours.

AND IT FLOWS THE OTHER WAY

Ways to partner

Host a season

Underwrite a table

Back a season of The Inflection Table dinners, the gatherings this whole thing grew from.

BY CONVERSATION

Invest in what’s next

Back the next generation

Fund the early-career mentorship. The women coming up behind us, brought into the room.

BY CONVERSATION

Shape it early

Become a Founding Partner

Annual support from a small number of aligned organizations while this is still being built, with a real hand in what it becomes.

FUNDING . LIMITED

There's no rate card. What each partnership looks like- its size, its shape, what it makes possible- is something we work out one partner at a time.

WHO’S COMPANY YOU’D KEEP

We measure depth, not headcount.

The Table is deliberately small. Partnership value will be demonstrated through the quality of participation, the strength of the experience, and what becomes possible because the right women were brought together not through inflated reach.

Founding Partners will be named as they join

Partnership starts the same way membership does, with a conversation.

No rate card, no deck. Tell us what you care about and what you'd want this to be, and we'll work out the shape of it together.
