It began with a question Jennifer couldn’t answer alone.
For over two decades, Jennifer Tangco built a career around transformation.
As a corporate executive, she led complex change across organizations, operations, and industries, helping businesses navigate growth, disruption, integration, and reinvention. She held senior leadership roles in supply chain and logistics, including Vice President positions at Sears and Metro Supply Chain, where her work reached 190 locations and more than 9,000 employees. Jennifer was recognized among Supply Chain Digital’s Top 100 Women in Supply Chain in both 2021 and 2023, ranking in the Top 10 in 2021.
She built teams, advised executives, led enterprise-wide transformations, and made difficult decisions when the answers were rarely obvious.
Then her own corporate chapter ended.
For the first time in years, Jennifer found herself at an inflection point, not defined by a title, an organization, or the next position on an established path.
She began asking different questions.
What do I want the next chapter of my life to look like?
What am I building now and who do I want beside me while I build it?
Where do accomplished women go when they need to think out loud before they have the answer?
Jennifer had a strong network. She knew exceptional women across industries and professions. But she realized that having contacts was not the same as having a trusted place to be candid.
There were professional events, networking groups, conferences, and leadership programs. What felt harder to find was a private room where accomplished women could set down the performance of having everything figured out.
A place to bring the question they could not ask in the boardroom.
A place to admit they were reconsidering something.
A place where experience could move freely between women, not as instruction, but as perspective generously shared.
That realization sparked The Inflection Table.
A table built by two women
When Jennifer shared the vision and framework for The Inflection Table with Natashia, she was inviting in more than a co-founder. She was inviting a trusted friend who had helped her understand why a Table like this needed to exist.
Jennifer and Natashia met at Maple Leaf Foods in 2002. What began as a professional relationship became a close friendship that has lasted for more than two decades. Since then, they have watched one another’s lives unfold through careers, change, difficult decisions, personal reinvention, and chapters neither could have anticipated when they first met.
In many ways, their lives have moved in parallel.
They have seen one another succeed. They have witnessed the uncertainty behind the accomplishments. And they have been the kind of women for each other that The Inflection Table now hopes to bring together ~ honest, trusted, generous with perspective, and present through the moments that matter.
Meet Natashia Dunham
Natashia has built her career at the intersection of transformation, people, and place.
Her experience spans continuous improvement, business transformation, corporate real estate, workplace strategy, and organizational leadership. Across senior roles with organizations including Maple Leaf Foods, Sears, and Sobeys, she has helped turn ambitious ideas into practical change while creating environments in which people can do their best work.
She brings an unusual combination of analytical discipline and human understanding. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, trust, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful transformation begins by listening closely to how people actually experience their work.
As co-founder, Natashia brings more than professional expertise. She brings the perspective of a woman who has navigated her own inflection points and a friendship with Jennifer built over two decades of truth, trust, laughter, challenge, and change.
