Founder of the advisory firm Lumena & Co. and a twenty-year transformation and supply-chain executive, with senior roles at Metro Supply Chain, Sears, and Maple Leaf Foods behind her. She started The Long Table, With a vision for building something meaningful, a place where hard-won experience still counts for something. Our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do. and sets the tone for who's in the room and how it's run.

Natashia has spent two decades turning big, unwieldy operations into things that actually work — most recently as Director of Real Estate at Sobeys, where she runs a national portfolio across seven provinces and a team of fifty-plus. Before that: technology and transformation leadership at DealNet Capital and Maple Leaf Foods. She's the one who makes sure this circle is built to last, not just to launch.
