THE WOMAN BEHIND THE TABLE
It began with a question Jennifer couldn’t answer alone.
For over two decades, Jennifer Tangco built a career around transformation.
As a corporate executive, she led complex change across organizations, operations, and industries, helping businesses navigate growth, disruption, integration, and reinvention. She held senior leadership roles in supply chain and logistics, including Vice President positions at Sears and Metro Supply Chain, where her work reached 190 locations and more than 9,000 employees. Jennifer was recognized among Supply Chain Digital’s Top 100 Women in Supply Chain in both 2021 and 2023, ranking in the Top 10 in 2021.
She built teams, advised executives, led enterprise-wide transformations, and made difficult decisions when the answers were rarely obvious.
Then her own corporate chapter ended.
For the first time in years, Jennifer found herself at an inflection point, not defined by a title, an organization, or the next position on an established path.
She began asking different questions.
What do I want the next chapter of my life to look like?
What am I building now and who do I want beside me while I build it?
Where do accomplished women go when they need to think out loud before they have the answer?
Jennifer had a strong network. She knew exceptional women across industries and professions. But she realized that having contacts was not the same as having a trusted place to be candid.
There were professional events, networking groups, conferences, and leadership programs. What felt harder to find was a private room where accomplished women could set down the performance of having everything figured out.
A place to bring the question they could not ask in the boardroom.
A place to admit they were reconsidering something.
A place where experience could move freely between women, not as instruction, but as perspective generously shared.
That realization sparked The Inflection Table.
The space between chapters can feel a little unsettling.
The Inflection Table is deeply personal to me, but intentionally larger than me.
I know what it feels like to stand between the chapter you understood and one you cannot yet fully see. I also know that accomplishment does not make uncertainty or fear disappear. Sometimes, it makes them harder to admit.
Fear of making the wrong decision. Of leaving behind what is familiar. Of risking the stability, reputation, or identity you worked so hard to build. Fear that what comes next may not live up to what came before or that you have waited too long to begin.
I created The Inflection Table for women facing a decision, navigating a transition, pursuing an ambition, or considering an idea they may not yet be ready to share.
One woman may arrive with a question she has been carrying quietly. Another may bring the experience that helps her see it differently.
Around the right Table, fear can loosen its grip. What once felt uncertain can begin to look possible, and what felt too frightening to begin can start to feel real.
I built the Table I needed at my own inflection point so other women would not have to navigate what comes next alone.
